- Booking may be made in person at the Bowling Sports Counter or by telephone during operation hours at: +603 2011 9164 ext: 162 / 165
- Lanes not taken up within five (5) minutes after the reserved time shall be considered as cancelled and the Member shall be liable for a penalty sum, which shall automatically be debited to the Member's account.
- A Member who cancels booking less than 24 hours before time of play for any reason shall be charged a cancellation fee which shall be automatically debited to the Member's account. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee of RM 53.00 nett charged and debited to his/her account.
- Members and guests are required to be properly attired at all times.
- Tank tops, singlets and slippers are not allowed.
- Only approved bowling shoes and ball may be used on the lanes.
Lanes not taken up within five (5) minutes after the reserved time shall be considered as cancelled and a fee of RM 31.80 nett per lane will be charged.
