Testimonials

The East and West are ultimately two of the most impeccable courses in Malaysia.

I love the East 18 layout, because we get a full view of the undulating fairway with the majestic clubhouse as the backdrop. It can be a challenging hole to finish, as it has a tricky second shot into the green. Also, due to the regular change of pin placement and the large size of the green, you must play smart from the tee box to score well, and this makes it truly exhilarating!

My favourite hole on the West course is hole number 2. The elevated tee box gives you a beautiful view of the hole, and it also offers you a challenge from the tee to the green, making it an exciting game.

The Golfer’s Terrace is my go-to breakfast venue. The staff there are the warmest bunch, and I absolutely love the golf course views from that venue. My favourite breakfast has to be the fluffy Roti Canai and Teh Tarik combo, perfect to fuel up before a round of morning golf.

KLGCC’s complete facilities are easily the first choice for both local and international golf events. My wedding was held at KLGCC’s Banquet Hall, and it was incredible!

Favourite Hole at KLGCC

Hole 18, East Course – it holds a special place in my heart as it’s where I won my first professional title in a playoff.

Favorite Spot at KLGCC

I usually dine at Golfers Terrace, and my go-to dish has to be the Scallop Char Kuey Teow — it’s unbeatable!

On the Courses

Both the East and West Courses have their own distinct styles and challenges, which really help sharpen my game before tournaments. The East Course demands precise placements off the tee, while the West Course tests your distance and endurance — it’s longer and definitely more challenging.

Favourite Hole at KLGCC
My favorite hole would be west 18. I think it’s a great hole and an especially great finishing hole. Depending on the tee box I play from as well, I think it can pose a variety of different challenges which makes the hole fun.

Favorite Spot at KLGCC
My favorite spot would be the gym. I think the KLGCC gym is well equipped for my needs and in addition to that, it also has a great view of the golf course which is always nice to workout to.

Why I Love KLGCC
KLGCC is special to me because i have sort of developed my professional career here at the club. I have been an ambassador since 2018 which was my first full year as a pro, and since then, I’ve trained here and it has become my second home. It has also been a great benchmark to see how much my game has progressed over the years and to see how differently I play every single hole now as compared to 7 years ago!

Favourite Lane at KLGCC
The corner lanes are the best because there are more space on the corner lanes so I can practice bowling easily.

Favorite Spot at KLGCC
Golfers Terrace. Sometimes during the weekend I would bring my parents to eat at the Golfers Terrace at part of our family time. My favourite food to eat there is the Hainanese Chicken Rice & Roti Canai

Why I Love KLGCC
I love KLGCC because there are alot of things I can do there especially whenever I have free time from competitions or practice. I can also go to the gym, swimming & also practice some swings at the driving range when I want to do something out of my profession.

Favourite Lane at KLGCC
Honestly, I don’t really have a specific favourite lane at KLGCC.  it really depends on the day and the oil pattern. Some days one lane just feels perfect, and the next day it’s a completely different story! But that’s what makes it fun, figuring out the lanes, making adjustments, and finding the right line.

Favorite Spot at KLGCC
My go-to spot has to be the Golfers’ Terrace. Super chill vibes and perfect after a training session. I usually go for their cantonese yee mee & juices, classic combo that never disappoints. It’s the best place to just relax, catch up with friends, and enjoy the view before heading home.

Why I Love KLGCC
I love KLGCC for its great vibes and amazing facilities. The lanes are always in good condition, and the staff are super nice, which makes every visit such a good experience.
