In respect of personal data relating to an individual who is deemed incapable of managing his/her own affairs (“Special Person”), please note that we require consent from the person appointed by a court to manage the Special Person’s affairs or the person who has been legally or validly authorised to act on the Special Person’s behalf.

6. Maklumat Peranti & Data Aktiviti Dalam Talian — maklumat tentang peranti dan pengecam dalam talian anda, jenis pelayar, alamat IP, cookies, dan cara anda menggunakan Platform, produk dan perkhidmatan kami.
7. Data Geolokasi — koordinat GPS (latitud, longitud) dan sejarah lokasi (tempat yang dilawati).

Data Peribadi Sensitif

7. merancang, memantau dan mempertingkatkan penyediaan produk, perkhidmatan, projek, program, aktiviti dan acara baharu.
8. memberi cadangan peribadi mengenai produk dan perkhidmatan yang relevan kepada anda melalui pelbagai saluran komunikasi termasuk emel, SMS, panggilan suara, aplikasi sosial media, dan komunikasi bersemuka.

7. Anda menghubungi kami melalui saluran komunikasi (contohnya emel, telefon, SMS, platform media sosial atau lain-lain) untuk sebarang pertanyaan atau untuk memberikan maklum balas.
8. Sumber pihak ketiga, termasuk rakan kongsi perniagaan, pembekal perkhidmatan, pihak berkuasa pengawalseliaan dan pihak penguatkuasa undang-undang.

Kami akan memaklumkan anda mengenai pindaan material kepada Notis Privasi ini melalui notis di Platform kami, emel atau cara lain yang sesuai. Dengan terus berurusan dengan kami atau mengakses Platform kami selepas pengeluaran Notis Privaci yang dikemaskini, anda akan dianggap telah bersetuju menerima Notis Privasi yang dikemaskini.
